What is the cost?

To simplify the process, we provide offer a complementary discovery session to identify your business requirements and digital maturity. This enables us to develop a clear scope of work and detailed quote. We also offer asimple fixed ongoing monthly management fee.

How long does the process take?

Our onboarding process generally takes 4-6 weeks, dependent on the size and complexity of the solutions.

Will I need any additional systems?

During phase 1 of our process, we assess your current environment to identify whetherwe can suggest any alternative or additional platforms. We do not work with hardware or servers. The systems we work with are all cloud-based platforms.

Do we work with the same systems your currently use?

If you’re using a particular platform that best suits your business requirements, then we are more than accommodating. We only provide suggestions to change if we believe there are better options available for you.

Will you need to change the way you currently do business?

Our aim is to streamline your current processes, with the support of technology and automation, rather than completely change it. Although, if you’d like to change your processes, it would be the perfect time to do so.

Do we provide maintenance and support?

We’re right by your side everystep of the way! Technology can be challenging and there will be teething. Notto worry, we are available 24/7.

Can I make changes?

Absolutely. Elevating your business will involve continual optimisation. During the training workshop in phase 3, you will be provided with all credentials to the platforms within your technology stack. You can make changes to any of these platforms as you desire. Help and support can be accessed through our support ticketing portal.

As our solutions encompasscomplex automations, we suggest these types of changes be completed by us. Ourongoing management fee, included with all services, covers any changes youdesire. *

How secure are my platform credentials and data?

We do not store any client data on local servers. Client data accessed for our cleansing services is conducted within your own environment. The data within the platforms you use are stored on the providers servers.

To ensure the safety and security of your platforms, we use a military grade password management system to store platform credentials of our clients.
